Rosie was one year old when she joined our program in June of 2021 all the way from Oregon! We have had a lovely time competing in performance sports with this girl. Rosie is a very silly, playful, athletic, and sweet girl. She has a nice balance of handler orientation and independence. Rosie has been tested on sheep and has shown herself to enjoy the work and to be fair with livestock and biddable to training. Rosie enjoys demonstrating her training at live shows / events and educating the community about training and Australian Cattle Dogs. If she isn’t actively training or hanging around the farm, she has no problem going off to play with her toys are chew on a bone by herself.

Chubs is born and raised here at Wildcard Cattle Dogs! She was from our first cross of the Rosie x Swanson pairing! We are very excited to have produced her and she is proving to be a lovely addition to our program. Chubs is extremely food motivated and she has wonderful drives to hunt with her nose! She is a very goofy and fun dog like her mother but maintains a more serious side to her while she is working. She is showing good herding ability and biddability. While Chubs isn’t out learning new things, she is great at keeping herself busy! She enjoys playing with our cats, rats, and other dogs. She has no trouble making friends, no matter where she is!
